General Muffler & Auto Supply approached us in September of 2020. They are a well-established Auto Parts store located in Ansonia CT. They needed help with their website and Google rank. They felt that their web design and marketing consultant wasn’t doing enough for the money they were paying. We took them on as clients and immediately went to work. The Location management stated that they were more of a auto repair shop rather than a parts store. They said they were a licensed State of Connecticut Emissions Testing Center. Their goals were to become the #1 emissions testing center in their area.
We went right to work redesigning the website as a repair shop that sold parts to DYI customers. We built and optimized an Emissions Testing page. We optimized every page on the website and created a blog section for related articles. We added them to important online directories and updated information in the directories they were listed in. We added content through blogs and additional pages monthly.
The results speak for themselves. General Muffler now dominates their region for “emissions testing” and most of the auto repair services they offer. Clicks to their website in January 2023 was 312 compared to 179 for January 2022. They report a significant increase in sales since hiring us.
